Author Clan LLC, operating as Rocket Expansion
1. The Basics
This agreement is between Rocket Expansion (Author Clan LLC, a Wyoming registered company) and you, the partner. By participating in the Rocket Expansion Partner Program you agree to these terms.
2. What Counts as a Referral
A qualified referral is any individual or organisation you introduce to Rocket Expansion who goes on to become a paying client. To be attributed to you, the referred client must mention your name at their initial discovery call with Matt Ziranek. Referrals not attributed at the time of the call cannot be claimed retrospectively.
3. Commissions
Website projects: 10% of the total project fee, paid after the client’s first payment. Your very first referred website project earns 15% as a one-time activation bonus.
Facebook Ads retainers: 50% of the client’s first monthly retainer fee.
Custom high-tier projects: Commission rate agreed in writing with Matt prior to the referral being made.
Commissions are paid on the first business day of the month following the client’s first payment. No commission is payable if the client cancels before their first payment clears.
4. How Referrals Are Tracked
Referral attribution is currently handled manually. The referred client must mention your name at their discovery call. Rocket Expansion will confirm the attribution with you at the client’s project kickoff. If you are unsure whether a referral has been attributed, contact Matt directly.
5. Rocket Expansion’s Right to Decline
Rocket Expansion reserves the right to decline any referred client for any reason. No commission is payable on declined clients.
6. No Exclusivity
This agreement does not prevent either party from working with other referral partners, agencies, or service providers. You are free to refer clients to other businesses.
7. No Employment or Agency Relationship
You are an independent partner, not an employee, contractor, or agent of Rocket Expansion. You have no authority to make commitments on behalf of Rocket Expansion or to represent Rocket Expansion’s pricing, availability, or services beyond what is published on our website.
8. Ending the Agreement
Either party may end this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Any commissions already earned on confirmed referrals will still be paid out after termination.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
10. Acceptance
Participation in the Partner Program constitutes acceptance of these terms. Rocket Expansion may update these terms from time to time and will notify active partners of any material changes.
